Yes — every listing has a downloadable cost sheet showing ex-showroom price, Maharashtra road tax (calculated at 11% or 13% depending on vehicle cost band), RTO registration fee, first-year third-party insurance premium, comprehensive insurance premium, TCS at 1% for vehicles above ₹10L, and any applicable dealer handling charge. There is no additional charge at billing that isn't already on that sheet.
Not entirely. If the loan amount changes by more than 15%, we re-submit to lenders with the revised figure — but because the credit pull was already done, most lenders respond faster the second time. If the amount is similar, only the asset details change in the documentation, and the timeline extends by 1–2 business days at most.
Yes. Commercial registration requires Form 60, a copy of the entity's GST certificate, PAN of the entity, authorised signatory documents, and in the case of a Pvt Ltd, a board resolution authorising the purchase. We prepare all annexures in-house. Commercial RC takes 4–7 additional working days compared to individual registration at Mumbai RTO.
Accident history is disclosed on the condition report under the 'structural integrity' section, which covers frame alignment readings, paint depth at every panel, and any mismatch in VIN stampings. A vehicle with repaired accident damage is listed at a discounted grade (B or C) with the specific repair areas noted. We don't stock write-offs or flood-damaged units.
In Maharashtra, CNG vehicles benefit from a reduced road tax rate — currently 7% of ex-showroom price versus 11–13% for petrol vehicles in the same price band. Reserved units are held for a maximum of 72 hours with a refundable ₹25,000 token. If that window lapses, the unit returns to available stock. For vehicles with specific configurations not currently on the floor, we can source from our procurement network within 7–14 working days at the same locked on-road price — this is formalised with a written price commitment.
